Back on the market and better than before! The sellers have taken care of the big ticket items on the inspection report and then some. The basement mold has been professionally remediated and a dehumidifier added, the septic is gone, and the home is now on public sewer; a radon mitigation system has been installed, and the garage floor got a fresh polyurethane finish. Set on a beautifully landscaped rise with a wide-open backyard ready for morning coffee and summer barbecues, this ranch feels welcoming from the moment you walk in, with a sightline from the foyer straight through the kitchen to the backyard. To the left, the spacious living room features a charming fireplace, ready for a new flue or an easy gas conversion. The kitchen has freshly painted cabinets, new flooring, and a brand-new refrigerator and stove, and opens to a huge second living space with a door to the backyard. A small bonus room with a window and closet makes a great office or playroom. Down the hall, the bedrooms and bathrooms shine with refinished hardwood floors. The full basement offers plenty of storage. With a newer roof, boiler, water tank, exterior paint, and freshly painted interior, this well-cared-for home is ready for its next chapter. And yes, it's on Wallingford Electric! Come see it before someone else falls in love first!
