Welcome home to 146 Main St, a bright, updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment with a bonus study, offering comfort, privacy and a peaceful setting in the heart of Somers! This second-floor unit sits above a doctor's office, so there are no neighbors above or beside you, and evenings and weekends are especially quiet. Your private entrance by an exterior stairway leads to a nice covered front porch overlooking Main Street. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee, a good book, or unwinding at the end of the day, rain or shine. Step inside to 956 sq ft of well-planned living space. The updated kitchen is the heart of the home, with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a mosaic tile backsplash, recessed lighting, a glass-front display cabinet and plenty of maple cabinetry for all your storage needs. A breakfast bar gives you a casual spot for quick meals, a laptop session or chatting with the cook. Durable slate-look tile floors make cleanup easy. The kitchen flows into an open dining area and a 15' living room, with windows that bring in lots of natural light all day. It's an easy, open layout for everyday living and for having friends over. Both bedrooms are well sized, about 13'7" x 10'4" and 12'3" x 10'4", and each has its own closet. A full bath with tub and shower is close by.
