When the time came that we were both comfortable with placing the home on the market she worked effectively to prepare the listing and get ready for showings. It took just three days from the initial listing to sell the property. Anne then kept me updated on the buyer’s activities and progress in obtaining financing. Other than a slight delay in the closing all went well. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Anne assisted me in selling my Mom's home. She really payed attention to all of the details. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. I needed special contracts drawn up, that covered us, so the buyers could make improvements on the house prior to closing. Everything moved very quickly and the closing went off without a hitch!
